Ben was recognized as a Costar Power Broker of the Year for industrial leasing volume in both 2017 and 2018. In addition to tenant and landlord representation, Mr. Bruner has been an Approved Real Estate Sales Professional by the United States Bankruptcy Court in the successful disposition of multiple assets.

(DBA Nationwide-RE) where he successfully expanded the scope of services offered to include: tenant representation for office and retail users, landlord representation for institutional clients, as well as acquisitions and dispositions.
